ECM Document Attachments Integration

The "ECM Document Attachments Integration" app extends the existing "EASY for Dynamics 365 Business Central" or "ECM Base Application" app with automatic integration of Business Central document attachments.This optional integration seamlessly integrates into Business Central's document attachments. Users continue to work with attachments as usual and won't notice whether documents are stored in the database or in ECM External Storage.The integration provides the following features:

• Seamless integration into Business Central document attachments

• Automatically stores Business Central document attachments in the configured ECM External Storage

• Transparent operation - users work with attachments as usual without noticing the storage location

• Integrates documents in the "ECM Documents Factbox" for easy access

• Works by default with a provided ECM document definition, but can be manually configured for other tables

• Optional automatic deletion of attachments after successful storage in ECM

• Asynchronous processing without interrupting user work

• Configurable delay for storage via Job Queue

• Integration into existing ECM document definitions

• Simple setup with an integrated wizard for quick configuration

Requires the "ECM Base Application", which is not provided free of charge.
